Welcome to Convention Electric Online Ordering. This area will provide you the place to order all your exhibit needs for your upcoming event. UPDATED Cancellation & Refund Policy:

CEI offers our support to those affected by the current Novel Coronavirus health crisis. Our first priority is the health, safety, and welfare of our clients, exhibitors and employees. As with our partners, we are monitoring the impact of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) on our industry. We encourage our customers to make the decision that’s best for their employees and with that in consideration, we have temporarily updated our Cancellation & Refund policy.

• For events scheduled more than five (5) days away, all refunds will be made in full. If paid by credit card, all refunds will be made in full less a 3% processing fee.

• For events scheduled within five (5) days, refunds will be made at 50%.

• Refunds will be processed at the end of each event.

Ordering Online

When finalizing an online order, the Exhibitor hereby agrees to all terms and conditions of these Electrical, Plumbing and Labor order forms and floor plans.  In the event that the final totals are calculated incorrectly Convention Electric, Inc. reserves the right to make necessary corrections.

Ordering Electrical (Labor charges will apply when submitting a Grid or Floorplan or booth bigger than 20’x20’).

Electrical Outlet rates listed include bringing the services to one location at the rear of an in-line booth. if distribution is Required or you are considered a (Island booth: anything bigger than a 20'x20' booth space), you may use a Grid according to your exhibit space or provide your own floorplan. Please indicate booth main power location(s), distribution location(s) with dimensions and orientation of your booth or ascending booths.  For power distribution, there is a minimum of (1) man (1) hour for install and a minimum of (1) man 1/2 hour for dismantle depending on your layout  or the total time of installation.  Multiple outlet locations will be charged on a labor and material basis.
