UPDATED Cancellation & Refund Policy:

CEI offers our support to those affected by the current Novel Coronavirus health crisis. Our first priority is the health, safety, and welfare of our clients, exhibitors and employees. As with our partners, we are monitoring the impact of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) on our industry. We encourage our customers to make the decision that’s best for their employees and with that in consideration, we have temporarily updated our Cancellation & Refund policy.

• For events scheduled more than five (5) days away, all refunds will be made in full. If paid by credit card, all refunds will be made in full less a 3% processing fee.
• For events scheduled within five (5) days, refunds will be made at 50%.
• Refunds will be processed at the end of each event.

1. Check rating plates on item(s) and order outlets accordingly.
2. Lighting outlets supplied with one (1) connections per outlet ordered.
3. Motor outlet supplied with one (1) connection per outlet ordered.
4. Outlets requiring 24 HR. And/or dedicated circuits are double list price.
5. Equipment hook-ups, repairs and installations will be performed on a labor and material basis.
6. Island Booths there is a minimum Labor charge of (1) hour to Install power and 1/2 hour to dismantle, material charges may apply , all distribution is done by a CE, Inc. electrician
7. 480 Volt Service(s) and price(s) are available upon request.

You may use our Grid sheet according to your exhibit booth space or provide your own floorplan.

Electrical layouts are required whenever an outlet is needed at any other location within the booth except for the back wall. To submit an electrical layout, print the appropriate layout for your size booth located in the Additional Information area to the left. After placing your order, you will have the opportunity to upload the attachment to connect it with your order. You may also fax it to (909) 623-7222.

All special Electrical placement Island and Pavilion booths are subject to Labor charges for Installation and Dismantle.

Your layout should include:

1. Main drop: Exhibitor must provide the location of the main drop whether one or multiple outlets are ordered. Power is brought to one location and then distributed from that point. NOTE: If a main drop is dropped from the ceiling, you should consider the cable hanging from the ceiling into your booth.
2. Location: select symbol of each power ordered and place it on form. Dimensions: (1 square = 1 ft.) calculate dimension of each power drop order.
3. Booth Orientation: Provide the acending booths surrounding your booth, to give us orientation of how your booth sits.

If there should be any changes in the floor plan it is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to inform Convention Electric, Inc. by resending or reattaching the updated version. If there should be any Electrical changes on show site once the power is installed Additional labor will be charged.
